Your First Job was: I grew up on a farm near Ulen, MN so J leaned to do many different kinds of work from an early age.
Favorite Type of Music: I like many different types of music but I really appreciate the folk music of the 60’s and 70’s.
Professional training: I graduated from Fergus Falls Junior College- I have achieved the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CR5) designation.
Your favorite thing about selling real estate in fargo moorhead: Real estate is all about building ?relationships. I like working with buyers and, sellers and also enjoy the opportunity to work with fellow Realtors, lenders, appraisers, title companies. Etc.
Did you or do you have a real estate mentor: I became a Realtor in 1992 and started my real estate career at Rust Realty. Dave Branson was very instrumental in helping me get started.
I ignite my real estate sales by: I make sure that I understand what the buyers and sellers are trying to achieve before making any recommendations. Providing good customer service is what it is all about.
Favorite restaurant in fargo moorhead?: I can’t single out just one restaurant because there are so many in the area that serve great food and have excellent service.
When I cook at home I like to: Now that spring and summer are soon here. I can’t wait to get outside to do some grilling.
One thing every home buyer should keep in mind when searching for a home: Every buyer has a wish list of amenities they would like to have in their new home. However, everything on their list can’t always be achieved. Buyers should prioritize what’s most important before making their decision to buy.
Your favorite charity in fargo moorhead is?: Habitat for Humanity. The Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors has also designated. Habitat for Humanity as their main charity and is ? planning to sponsor a Habitat home to be built in 2009.
I am very thankful that I have had the opportunity to be involved in a profession that helps people achieve the American dream of homeownership.
